2. Services Description
GatiExpressCargo provides professional packing and moving services, including but not limited to:
- Household shifting and relocation
- Office and corporate relocation
- Vehicle transportation (car and bike)
- Warehousing and storage services
- Packing and unpacking services
- Loading and unloading services
- Local, domestic, interstate, and international moving

3. Booking and Quotes
3.1 Quote Requests
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual inventory, distance, services required, and other factors determined during the pre-move survey.
3.2 Service Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after you accept our quote and make the required advance payment. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
3.3 Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically:
- An advance payment is required to confirm booking
- Balance payment is due upon delivery of goods
- Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, UPI, and credit/debit cards
4. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your move, including inventory, addresses, and special requirements
- Declare all valuable, fragile, hazardous, or prohibited items
- Be present or designate a representative during pickup and delivery
- Ensure access to pickup and delivery locations
- Pack personal items securely if you choose self-packing
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide required documents for interstate or international moves
5. Prohibited Items
We do not transport the following items:
- Hazardous materials (explosives, flammable liquids, chemicals)
- Illegal substances or contraband
- Perishable food items
- Live plants or animals (except through specialized pet relocation)
- Currency, jewelry, or high-value items unless declared and insured
- Items prohibited by law or transport regulations
You are responsible for removing prohibited items before the move. We reserve the right to refuse loading any item we deem unsafe or illegal.
6. Insurance and Liability
6.1 Transit Insurance
We offer optional transit insurance to cover your goods during the move. Insurance terms, coverage limits, and premiums will be detailed in your quote. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for valuable items.
6.2 Liability Limitations
Without insurance, our liability is limited as per standard carrier regulations. We are not liable for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to improper packing by the customer
- Damage to items not declared or undervalued
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events
- Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
6.3 Claims Process
Any damage or loss claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation and photographs. We will investigate and respond to claims within 30 days.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
7.1 Customer Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule your booking by contacting us. Cancellation charges may apply:
- 7+ days before move date: Full refund of advance payment
- 3-6 days before move date: 50% of advance payment refunded
- Less than 3 days before move date: No refund
7.2 Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including vehicle breakdown, weather conditions, or emergencies. In such cases, we will provide full refund or rescheduling options.
8. Delays and Force Majeure
While we strive for on-time delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by:
- Traffic, road conditions, or accidents
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Government restrictions or checkpoints
- Vehicle breakdown or mechanical issues
- Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GatiExpressCargo and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. User Conduct
When using our website or services, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff
- Attempt to hack or disrupt our website or systems
- Use our services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
